M is for Mealtime with Nuby AND Giveaway

This post is sponsored by Nuby™; however, all thoughts and opinions expressed are 100% my own.

Family (dinner) .. isn’t it about .. Time?  ? But really – we all know that family mealtime is important.  There’s charts and graphs and even commercials all about the importance of it and how it can keep your kids off the streets and get them into Harvard ?.  I love dinner time when we are all together as a family.  And by that I mean all together in the house, but the girls are sound asleep in bed and I am eating take out watching trash tv.  ? I know, I am terrible! And I’m only halfway kidding.  We have dinner together as often as we can.  It really is important to me.  It’s also my hour of cardio.   We all know no Momma sits for more than 2 minutes at dinner. Up down up down up down.  I might as well just invite Jillian Michaels to dinner with me.

All kidding aside, I love the time we spend together around the dinner table.  Having family dinner is something we didn’t do regularly when I was growing up.  I always wanted more of it though.  I am grateful that I can make that change for my kids.  I love sitting around the table and laughing about the funny things the girls did or said that day.  I love creating and sharing new meals, old meals, (sometimes fast food meals) with my family.  I love the patterns we are establishing and hope my babies keep them alive.

I’ve partnered with Nuby™ on their M is for Mealtime Campaign.  Nuby is a proud sponsor of family mealtime and has all the products needed to make these mealtimes easier and enjoyable.

Nuby™ kept the girls hydrated with their Insulated 360° Wonder Cup while we made these under the sea graham snacks.  You will never find a better cup than this one.  It is mess free! MESS FREE mommas! Whilst I can’t claim that this edible craft is in the same catergory (in fact, I can guarantee that it is 100% NOT mess free) at least spilled juice is one thing you will not have to worry about. Instead, cleaning frosting out of your youngins hair can be at the top of the “clean up” list!  This cup is also great for teaching your little ones to transition to a big kid cup!  Gwen is still learning this skill. Slowly but surely.  You can purchase this cup at BabiesRUs!  Head to my Instagram today to enter my giveaway with Nuby™!

The table is my favorite place to spend time with my family.  Mostly because I love to eat.  And drink soda pop.  But also because of fun crafts we create there.  We have lots of memories spent at that table.
